Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?

A1: We are a manufacturer. All products are factory price.

 

Q2: Where is your factory? How can I visit there?

A2: Our factory is located in Dongguan City.

You can fly to Shenzhen or Guangzhou International Airport. And tell me your flight number. We will arrange pickup.

 

Q3: Can I buy a sample from you?

A3: Yes! We welcome sample order to test our excellent quality and service.

 

Q4: What is your warranty?

A4: All products have 12 months warranty.

 

Q5: What payment methods do you accept?

A5: T/T (bank transfer), Western Union, Paypal, etc.

 

Q6: Can you put my brand name (logo) on this product?

A6: Yes! Professional OEM service will be welcome to us. Our factory allows you to make your logo for free for large orders.

 

Q7: Can I know the status of my order?

A7: Yes. At different stages of production of the order, order information and photos are sent to you and the information is updated in time.

 

Q8: What is the lead time? (How long does it take to prepare the product?)

A8: Sample delivery (more than 10pcs) is arranged within 7 days after payment, and bulk product lead time is 15-20 days after payment.

 

Q9: How will you deliver my goods to me?

A9: Your purchase will be shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS. Air and sea freight, direct telephone, and air mail are also accepted upon customer's request.

 

Q10: Can you provide more different products for us so that we can save more shipping cost?

A10: Yes. Power cords, cables, wire harnesses, HDMI and household appliances will be the main product line of Dongguan Hope Factory. OEM bulk orders are also accepted.
